Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate key competencies, and provide excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and security protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficiently operate a cash register and other equipment
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
