Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Your ability to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
