Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively
• Collaborate with team members and communicate with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters
• Participate in store inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and confidentiality
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail work experience is a plus
