Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash policies, perform general cleaning duties, and participate in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
