Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and process improvements
• Take part in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to uphold security and minimize losses

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Experience in retail operations is a plus
• Demonstrated organizational and communication skills
