Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By delivering excellent customer service and collaborating effectively with team members, you will contribute to ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

Type: Full-Time
Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
