Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance. By delivering exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service and assistance
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and participate in store inventory counts

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
