Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's values and standards.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with management to ensure inventory accuracy and resolve any issues.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Capability to follow instructions, multitask, and pay attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
