Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the store meets customer expectations. You will enhance the shopping experience, provide exceptional customer service, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers with their shopping needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Safe handling of equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is beneficial
