Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
