Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Full-Time Store Associates to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills to enhance the customer experience.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and provide feedback to management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
