Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering and stock replenishment duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store.
• Contribute to inventory management and loss prevention efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
