Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, uphold security measures, and perform other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
