Job Description
We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Follow cash handling policies and company procedures
- Adhere to company policies, uphold security, and maintain confidentiality
- Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Customer service, cash register, and equipment operation skills
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is a plus
