Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow company policies and maintain document confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience preferred
