Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. Your role will involve merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers and enhancing their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock accuracy, and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, cash handling procedures, and ensure store security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
