Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient operations. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide feedback on products and inventory
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Carry out other assigned duties
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Efficient operation of a cash register
- Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Adherence to company policies and procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience is a plus
