Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support fellow team members.
• Offer feedback to management on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to handle physical demands of the role.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
