Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, collaborating with team members, and ensuring efficient store operations.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Take inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and equipment.
• Capable of interpreting and applying company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
