Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and overall store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
