Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail experience desirable.
