Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
• Collaborate with team members and store management
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback on products and issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
