Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate, responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Collaborate with colleagues and management to provide outstanding customer service and support store operations.

Position Type

• Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience is a plus
