Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at ALDI to join our dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members, and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, ensure security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
