Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Effective communication and organizational abilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Capacity to meet state and local alcohol handling requirements
