Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our dynamic team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. This position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Aldi Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain the store's cleanliness
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
