Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
