Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, handle cashiering duties, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality customer service and assist customers as needed.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash handling procedures, and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment efficiently, perform general cleaning tasks, and communicate effectively with management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at Aldi.
• Ability to provide friendly and prompt customer service.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and handling merchandise.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
