Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's smooth operation by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visits.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially regarding cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred.
