Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a vital role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise and stock products, operate the cashier, and ensure the store remains clean and organized.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. mindset and competencies
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and other operational aspects
• Contribute to inventory counts and maintain cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Capable of operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales
