Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store maintains its appearance, delivers exceptional customer service, and operates smoothly. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate M.A.P. outlined competencies
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Monitor inventory and report issues
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform store inventory counts
• Follow safety and security protocols

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment following safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
