Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products efficiently.
• Operate the cash register and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neat merchandise displays.
• Participate in inventory management procedures and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate cash register equipment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
