Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store for a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on product quality, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Follow all company policies, maintaining security and confidentiality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register
• Proper operation of store equipment
• Maintain cleanliness to company standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Work well independently and in a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Compliance with local regulations for alcohol handling and sales
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
