We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash management policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and maintain document confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
