Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customer service is exceptional.

Position Type:

Full-Time

Average Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Physical Demands:

• Stocking merchandise and performing store duties
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Maintain physical stamina throughout the shift

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in cash register operation and store equipment usage
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High attention to detail and adherence to guidelines
• Fulfill state and local requirements for alcohol sales

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred
• Combination of education and experience
