Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, customer service, and maintaining the store's appearance and operations. You will work closely with the ALDI team to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
• Assist customers and provide exceptional service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and store operations
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Maintain store cleanliness as per company standards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Work independently and within a team
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
