Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and issues to management
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Capable of meeting physical demands of the role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous retail experience preferred
