Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI. In this role, you will play a critical part in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide outstanding customer service, stock shelves, and assist in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases and maintain neat merchandise displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation skills
• Capable of operating store equipment and performing cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
