Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with a top-notch shopping experience. Collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional service and ensure the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandising displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
• Comply with company policies while ensuring security and confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of following company policies and procedures
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
