Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer purchases, general cleaning, and stock shelves neatly.
• Assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy.
• Follow cash policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Efficient cash register operation.
• Safely operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Interpret and apply company policies accurately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
