Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in store maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
