Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers. Collaborating with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products and inventory, participate in inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security
• Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
• Operational knowledge of equipment and ability to follow procedures
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Compliance with state and local alcohol regulations

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
• Combination of education and experience considered
