Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to provide customers with a pleasant shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning duties
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
