Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational processes to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
