Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with our team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and communicate effectively within the team.
• Report product issues, inventory discrepancies, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in store inventory procedures and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Comply with company policies, maintain document confidentiality, and follow procedures accordingly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties as per company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
