Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join Aldi, where you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the store team. This position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour and the opportunity to work 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold store policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
