Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) at Aldi, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a well-organized store environment. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store meets ALDI's high standards. Collaboration with the ALDI team and effective communication with customers and management are essential to success in this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and minimize inventory losses
• Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail is preferred
