Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, clean, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform general cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Demonstrated capability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is advantageous.
