Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ACT Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties to company standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
