Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) and play a key role in ensuring a remarkable shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to the highest standards. Collaboration with the ALDI team and providing exceptional customer service are integral parts of this position.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Assist customers, manage purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Follow cash-handling procedures and comply with company policies
• Execute general cleaning tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills
• Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
